jk. But seriously, have fun with it. Whats the fun in having a tt if you dont enjoy it. I would love to have one, but i got the NA back in HS as my first car. Saved from about age 11 and had 5 grand by 15 (everything from the last couple toothfairy visits to lawn mowing money), when i bought her with just over 100k for $4300. Though NAs are known to go further than tts due to less stress and no turbo issues, she still hits redline b/t gears with no smoke on the original engine at 180k. NAs are slightly more reliable, but ive still seen nice tts go to 200k on the original motor when the maintenance is kept up. Most of the z "deaths" i hear of around here are due to negligence like timing belts never being changed. The vg30dett is damn good motor and will give ya as much as another 100k+ if its been kept right from the start. I keep waiting for mine to blow up so i have an excuse for a swap, but i dont wanna do it on purpose. I feel like its never gonna happen....like the energizer, she just keeps going, and going,...
